I'm running XP Pro with all the SP's and have Office 2000 which I'm
upgrading to the Small Bs. edition.
I had purchased and installed Outlook 2003 upgrade and then realized I
wanted the whole Small Bs. edition upgrade. Just opened the CD and attempted
to install. It says it will install Word, etc., but there's a big red "X" by
Outlook with "(Not Available) next to it.
Is the installation software seeing that 2003 is already installed so won't
install this new product key? I don't want to keep track of two products. Is
there a way to uninstall the other Outlook upgrade and have my computer
recognize this one?
