i have a dell dimension e521 running vista.
is there a way to see what program/drive is causing my pc to take 20 mins to load. everything looks ok, till the network,scaner drivers start to load. from that point on it take 20mins to load the scaner and network and for me to get to the internet. i have run a registry cleaner.
the first thing that loads after the 20 min wait (during which time i can use programs on the pc) is the scaner.
