Slow shutdown.

At times it takes 10 to 30 mins. for windows to shutdown. What can I check to find out why?
 
clear temp files...defrag...do some research right here in the newsgroups on
things you can do to help you.....you'll learn a lot more by doing some
homework on your own than having others do totally for you...OK...

There must be something else you should be doing. Homework maybe?
