SLOW SATA hard drive

I've just set up my new PC with a single 160GB SATA Maxtor Diamondmax 9 HDD. I've just read the review on the site and was interested to see how my drive matched up but found that the Read Burst speed was only 3.6MB/s which seems really slow compared to the 104MB/s on the review. Can anyone suggest what is wrong? Thanks in advance.

Did you use the same software for testing? Can you take a screen shot of the program so I can see what it looks like?

Yep I used the same program but I've messed about with the SATA settings in the bios and its going at 112MB/s but thanks anyway.
