When I try to a go to different page it is slow. When I
do a refresh on E-Bay it doesn't refresh like other PC's
Help!!! I have Windows XP, plenty of harddrive and ram.

I have run AdWare and Spybot. I have cleaned out my temp
file and cache. When I try to defrag it says a defrag is
not needed. I have Comcast but I noticed other Comcast
users have no problem

i got the same problem
shut a few program down, you most like are runing the CPU at 100 %,
and that would slow thing down a lot

use the taskmanger to find out

I have the same problem. I do actually notice some programs take longer to startup. I have enough free memory and I am not CPU bound. IE only runs at 40% with nothing else running. It's not my network connection and other (W2K) systems acccess EDAY within seconds. If I start Netscape (Which starts slow) it works at the normal EBAY speeds & therefore not a network (Comcast) problem. I have Ad-adware, spybot, hyjackthis, MS Baseline scurity, Nortons security checkup, run Norton, JV16 power tools and cleaned up the registry etc, etc, etc. I have removed IE and reinstalled it again. I have removed some of the latest MS updates!!!!! Still no improvements

We need help
