Slow playback of Indeo 5.1 videos on Rage Pro

Are there any driver updates available for Rage Pro-class cards for
Win98. Playing some Indeo5 compressed video on both a laptop and
desktop system, both with Rage-class chips, and the playback is really
slow.

Indeo5.1 requires some CPU horsepower to playback. It mostly doesn't
have to do with the capabilities of the graphics card except
overlaying
