slow PC

hey,
my boyfriend's pc is being very slow and the fan is working overtime. its
around 8 months old, and is quite good. can anoyonereccomend any trustworth
programs tat will ean it up an d hopefully increase the processing speed?

no idea, havent tried that? what would that mean? its clean from viruses.
were off now, so we will check tomorrow. keeps talking about physcal dump
memory?
 
unlike normal mode,
safemode launches the
o.s. without any third party
drivers loaded.

if safemode seems more
stable, then we know that
the operating system is not
corrupted.

therefore, something that
is non microsoft is being
loaded in normal mode and
crashing the system.

what is the error codes?

You state the fan is working overtime. Has this always been the case? If
recent, it could be overheating. Open the case, carefully blow out all the
dust. Clean the fan blades.
