Slow on shutting down...

Hi,

My computer takes about 5 minutes to display the shut down screen after I
make it perform the task. It only does it when its been on over half an
hour... is it possible to fix it? It's rather annoying. Thanks.

Done any tweaking?
Telling it to clear the pagefile at reboot?

Depends....for starters:

This edit automatically ends tasks and timeouts that prevent programs from
shutting down and clears the Paging File on Exit.
