Slow network connection?

Thanks in advance.

I have a network setup with approximately 20 computers connected to a NT4.0
server. Two Win 98 boxes and 12 XP boxes pull files from the server in
approximately 10 seconds. I have two relatively new Dell boxes(8300
dimension & 4600 dimension) that take approximately 120 seconds to pull the
same file. I have checked the wiring and have tried different ports on the
switch. I have even switched out nic cards. I have other Dells that do not
have the problem(newer and older).

Suggestions are much appreciated,
