Slow Motion, Harddisk always running

Dear all,

My computer's hard disk always running even no program operated. It make my
computer in slow speed.

Pls help

In the meantime, you need to determine what is running. The first
troubleshooting step is to make sure your computer is completely
virus/malware-free:
