when clicking on internet sites or links within sites, loading starts very
very slow. I can stop the action at any point in waiting for the site to
load, click the link again, and it loads fast and normal. The same thing
happens no matter how long I let the first try load .... 5 secs .... 10 secs
....15 secs, etc .... I have run Spybot, Adaware, CWShredder, cleared all
internet temp files and cookies .... ran Avast anti virus, plus ran Panda
online scan. All programs on my computer load fast ..... it's only an
internet problem that started about a week ago. Any suggestions??
Thanks ....

It's probably not your system as such but could be related to anything from the
server where the site is located, or your internet connection (by which I mean
bad phone lines/noise/interference depending on your type of connection - DSL,
Dialup, Cable, Satellite, Wireless etc etc) or a problem at your ISP. (just
guessing here).

I'm sure we've all had our fair share of non-responsive web sites, so it is a
matter of keep trying.

I just ran into the same thing tonight on one site. The jpg loaded "one scan
line a second" it seemed. by clicking "Stop" then "Reload" it would load at
the normal rate. This was repeatable every time. Could this be a Frontpage
issue? (only a guess) but it is definitely a server side problem of some
sort and not a client problem.
Also, it has nothing to do with connection speed or noise or a busy server,
its some kind of bug in the server software or something along that line.
