Slow Forwarding

I'm experiencing very slow response in outlook when I try to forward an HTML
format email. A typical HTML email takes approximately 20-30 seconds to
display after I click the forward button?

Domain environment; no exchange, pop direct to ISP, Outlook2003; WinXP; is
occurring on 2 machine I have tested.

Anyone experienced this before?

Does this message hold external images? Then most likely they are being
cached first.

Yes it has external images; It could be being cached however if you
open/forward it again it takes the same amount of time to display. So the
caching is not helping at all. Same problem.
