slow access time to workgroup computer

One of my computers on the network has a good internet connection but for
some reason when other computers try to access it it takes a very long time
to open the folder and select the files. Any suggestions?

Is the slow time observed when opening a folder that other computers open
normally, or something unique?

Check the protocols and transports configured for that computer.

Finally, look at "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all", for the problem computer
and for 2 others, and diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked
