slip-stream XP SP2 into the i386 folder

Gurus, how do I slip-stream XP SP2 into the i386 folder so I can make an
updated Windows XP installation CD-ROM?
 
You'll need a Windows XP installation disk in order
to slipstream SP2.

Either one of the following utilities makes slipstreaming
(integrating) SP2 into Windows XP a breeze:
