Basically, if you are running XP on a small drive, it's cheaper and safer to
just get a larger one where it can expand properly. It's not like drive
space is all that expensive, a 100GB drive is only 1/3 the cost of a full
retail XP Pro. Removing what someone else deems as unneeded is not the way
to cure the space problem.
