I have an Inspiron E1505 notebook, windows vista. It can't seem to handle
hibernation or sleep, whenever I try to do these, it comes right back on
again with the message "Windows is recovering from an unexpected shutdown".
Then sometimes I'm not even trying to do eithor of these, and it randomly
shuts down. First a blue screen with a white message flashes on, and before
I can read it, the same old "Windows is recovering from an unexpected
shutdown" comes back on! Should I even worry about this?

Boy, you are a real idiot. Confirms what others have been saying. Also
about that blog info, same to you.

On my main PC? HECK NO!!!!

No lies now, so tell the truth, do you really have Vista installed or
did you have vista installed?
Well...?
