Today virus detection found Download.Trojan in something
called Sleep.exe and it was deleted. Is this something
that needs to be replaced and if so, how do I go about
replacing it. I am completely pc illiterate (for the
most part).

"SleepMgr.exe" brings your computer out of hibernation
is that what you deleted?ref:sleep.exe
