Dear Raul:

Perhaps you should re-install from an original CD of the product. Watch for
options that may be necessary for your application, or just make a full,
maximum install. Does that fix it?

Raul,

I am having the same problem. Trouble is I don't have the CD. That annoying
"Microsoft Installer" window keeps popping up. After a computer crash in
2004, The computer tech updated my 2002 to Office Pro Edition 2003 . His
business went under. If I could just a download of the SKU011.CAB, I think
everything would work as it should.

Dear ,
I am having the exact SKU011.cab problem. i am terribly held. assist me
please. my softwares are geniune. i dont have the cds. Microsoft Installer"
window keeps popping up.This problem came in recently and suddenly.

Do you have backup of

C:\MSOCache\All Users\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9

folder that you can restore?

dear ,
i'm having the exact problem, this problem occurs right after i uninstalled
my office 2007 trial version, so when i wanted to use my 2003 again, the
installation window pops up, and then it said that the SKU011.CAB not found.
i tried to look in my registry editor, the file was there. but i don't know
why it's not found. can you guys help me?
