hi all,
i was searching but found nothing. is there a shortcut for
subsequential reading of new messages even when they are filtered into
the different folders. i mean that without using a mouse.

What version of Outlook are you using?

If it's Outlook 2003 create a search folder (or use the Unread Messages
one). Then while you're reading a message you can press CTRL+> to move to
the next item.

Or you could just use the reading pane, read the messages from there and
use arrows/space bar as you like.

If you're using an earlier version of Outlook then you're out of luck - at
least as far as spanning multiple folders goes.

oops, sorry, it is 2003. by ctrl+> you mean ctrl+rightarrow or
ctrl+ralt+. (which on ny CS keyboard layout represents > sign)?
