Dear all ,

I save texts in UTF-8 format (for example , by notepad) .
Everytime , I open those texts in MS Word 2003 , it appears file
conversion encoding , and default selected as UTF-8 . Could I skip this
step? Any marco be able to solve it?

Thanks in advance.

Stanley

Do you still get the conversion dialog if you clear the check box for
"Confirm conversion at Open" on the General tab of Tools | Options?

"Confirn conversion at Open" is default unselected . I tried to check
it , it appear two dialog boxes when open . So , I think this option is

not for encoding standard.
