Size of picture in windows mail

When I receive a mail with a picture, the size of the picture is very big. I
can't see the totlity of the picture.
Is-it possible to see all the picture ? Thank's for your help !

That is the fault of the sender for sending such a large image, for you to
see it properly you will have to save it to your had drive and it will open
in Windows Photo Gallery, you can then use your mouse wheel or the controls
to zoom.

This happened in Outlook Express because each pixel is displayed.
The sender should reduce the resolution to 100 pixels per inch or reduce the
height and width of the picture.
