I have to subnetts in different buildings connected by a VPN. They belong to the same domain
On subnet 'A' I have a AD installed.
Will I have to configure a new site on "AD Sites and services" only if I keep the same domain name, instaling a AD Replica on Subnet B, or even if I create a child domain like "sales.domain.com" on subnet B
What is the best configuration on this case ? A child domain or a AD Replica using the same domain name

Thanks,

An additional domain would not be appropriate here. Just create a new subnet
object & site for the second building, and you'll be set.
