SIP Client for IM

I realize that Windows Messenger does not run on Vista and that MS wants
everyone to transition to Windows Live Messenger. That being said does
anyone know of a simple client application which uses SIP so that I can
communicate with my corporations SIP server and restore my ability to IM
within my corp?
