Single HD - where to put Pagefile.sys?

Hi.
I have a single disk divided to C: and D: partitions.
Should I leave Pagefile.sys on C:?
The question applies both to XP and W/2000.

located on the same drive, will slow
performance due to an increase in
seek time.

Yes, leave the pagefile on the C: partition if at all possible. Moving it to D: could actually slow down performance due to extra drive head movement when the pagefile is in use.
