single button on a custom toolbar

Hi,

I have a single custom button on custom toolbar. I created it fine, docked
it, and the macro attached to it works fine. Questions...

1) I can't seem to figure out where to customize the face of the button

2) I want to load the toolbar and button (with customized face when I figure
that out) with the worksheet no matter what workstation opens the file.

Q1)
view / toolbars / customize
NOW right mouse click on your new button and choose edit button image or
change button image - the customize box must stay open to give you these
options

Q2) i'll leave for someone else
