Simple Rank

I have read all other discussions on rank and can't seem to find my answer.
All I am trying to do is rank a 4 person sales team. Sales for each rep will
change daily, simple formula that pulls from another tab. What do I need to
input into the cells in the Rank column so that it will change from 1 - 4
depending on the amount of sales?

Sales Rank
Erin 5
John 9
Rollie 1
Quentin 3

Assuming the sales figs are in B2:B5

Put in C2: =RANK(B2,$B$2:$B$5)
Copy C2 down to C5

This'll return the ranking of the sales
in descending order, viz:

Sales Rank
Erin 5 2
John 9 1
Rollie 1 4
Quentin 3 3
