Two adjacent connected pc's - the one, A, with XP Pro the other, B, with XP
Home installed.

Simple question = How do I network them so that ALL files on A can be viewed
and accessed from B and ALL files on B can be accessed from A?

There's something I can't quite grasp. I can get "Shared" stuff from
each...but I want to view and access EVERYTHING.
Thanks.

John,

I think that's not possible with Windows XP Home because it
offers only Simple File Sharing, which doesn't allow access to
the root (and to certain first-level folders like Program
Files).

On Windows XP Professional there is an automatic administrative
share for each drive's root, named like C$, which gives you
total access if you have the rights.

Yes...somehow...and I'm not exactly sure how...I managed to achieve exactly
what I want - access to all files on A from B and vic -versa.
Thanks for the help.
