We are transitioning to a new e-mail address. I set outlook up to access
both accounts for the time being. HOW do I make outlook send e-mail FROM
the new e-mail address?!?!?! I have looked all over outlook but I have
not found an option to force OL to set the sending e-mail address. I
have changed the reply to address but I do not want our old e-mail
address to show up anywhere. This has got to be a simple option
somewhere but I can find it.

It would be simple to answer if you had posted your version of Outlook!

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Jon Emberton asked:

ack sorry, We run OL 2k and OL XP. The particular one I am having a
problem with is 2k. I have not looked at XP yet but if it is in an
isolated location then I will need to know that aswell.
Thanks
Jon

I imagine that you are using Outlook 2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode. Check
Help | About. If so, then you can change the outgoing account only by
altering the delivery order in Tools | Services | Delivery.
