Simple Query Wizard

I have this classed called Recods Data Managment and I have to work off
Access 2003. I am having a hard time finding this one file called Simple
Query Wizard. Can you tell me how to find it?
 
View the query objects in the database window and click the New button. This
should be one of the options.

Access doesn't work with "files" in the way you're apparently
assuming.

Open Access. Create a database. Design and create the tables that you
need. On the Query tab select "New query using the wizard".

And maybe check with the instructor, or the materials you were given.
