Thanks in advance to anyone with suggestions.
I have a simple slide show of a high school softball team with
music embedded in wav format so only the .ppt file is needed.
There are a few transitions that require the 2003 viewer but
otherwise it's pretty plain.
I need to burn a copy of the show to CD for each team member, most
of which will not have PowerPoint on their computers. I don't mind
doing whatever it takes but I'd like the final product to be easy for any
team member to play without a lot of hassle.
I have PowerPoint 2002 and the 2003 Viewer.
Is it best to make a .PPS file, and will that play on any computer? Or
would it be best to make a file that uses the 2003 viewer and I burn
the show and the viewer to each CD? Or is there another slicker
way to accomplish this?
Thanks again, you MVP's are a HUGE help to me and I lurk
here often reading your suggestions for others problems.
