simcity 4 doesnt work on my computer..can someone help me..

i install simcity 4 on my computer
when it reach 100% of instalation progress,an error log appear
by the time i want to play the game,nothing happen,my "busy" lamp on cpu blink for a while
then another error log appear for the second time.
