Signiture on email

Dear Sirs,
My signiture is shown only when I type new email.
It will not show when I reply to e-mail.
Also I could not use insert signiture in any email.
the word insert is not shown in the TOOLS tab.
Can you pplease assit & tel me what is wrong.

Are you using Word as the email editor? What version of Outlook are you
using?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
