Signatures

I have Outlook 2003 on XP and I can't get my signatures I saved to import
after reinstalling Outlook

How did you save them? How are you trying to import them?
 
I backed up the folder they are located in just as I have done with each
upgraded version. But when I place it in the folder in C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft. I don't see
them.

I went into Outlook and created a new signature and I don't see the folder
for it nor when I run a search will the title come up.

The %AppData% (i.e., C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data) folder
is a hidden folder and typically won't be displayed, but from what you
report, you seem aware of that.
