Signatures - best practice

Hi all,

just wondering how I roll out html based signatures to each user ? I have
created a html signature (for myself) and am using it and like it. To do
this I created the html file and put it in the Signatures folder under
/Application Data/Microsoft

Is there a way to autogenerate these signature files based on a templae or
something ? It seems a little tedious if I have to create them all and
manually copy to each users folder ?

Can I store them centrelly on our server ?

any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

You might try Outlook Profiler. Not saying it is a
perfect fit. But it will allow you to make a signature
and deploy it to all Outlook Clients and make that
signature default etc..
 
You'd have to write your own script to create the signatures according to
your criteria.
