Signature ?

Sometimes when I am sending a document via another office program such as
excel my signature does not show up on the email. I have the email settings
for signature set for all new messages and for forwards...is there a setting
to resolve this issue?

Sending via another application doesn't use the same interface as sending
via Outlook and you don't get all the features you would with Outlook. I
believe signatures is one of those features you don't get.
