Signature Problem

My company wants to change our email format so that when we reply/
foreward an email, the original email is added as an attachment rather
than including the original message text. However, when we do this,
the signature does not come on automatically and has be br manually
added to the email. Any ideas on how to solve this.

To add the original as attachment - select Tools - Options- Email Options. On replies and forwars select on the drop-down Attach original message.

Create or use existing: Tools - Options - Mail Format and select the signature for replies and forwards that you want to use automatically.

Should work fine if not then may be he format you are using - Tools - Options - Mail Format

The signature is set to appear automatically on the email for both new
emails and also for replying/forwarding. But when, I select the option
to attach original message, the signature does not appear
automatically when I reply/forward. It does however, appear
automatically when I reply with the original message text.
