signature in replies

How come my signatures in my replies/forwards look totally different from my
sending signature? I want them both to look the same. They are both set to
show the same one. I don't get it.

Outlook will always use the format of the original message when you send a
reply or forward a message. If that format differs from the one you have
defined for new messages, then your signature will appear different.
