Signature Icon missing in the Include group

When creating a new mesage I do not see the Signature Icon in the Include
group. I belive right aftre I installed 2007 I saw it but I do not see it any
more. Is there a place I can go to add that icon in the Include group?
In geneneral how do you customize what shows in the groups (i.e Basic text,
Names, Include, Options, etc)?

how many buttons do you have in the include group? You shoud have 5 - the 5th is the signature (pen and paper icon).
