Signature graphic doesn't show

I have a company logo in a signature that is placed on all emails.

It seems that some people receive it properly, others don't. For those who
don't, it shows up as a box with a red 'x' in it, and when replying a "one
or more pictures can't be found, blah, blah, blah" error is displayed.

Any ideas how to fix this?

One way is to refrain from including in messages glitz-and-glitter that
doesn't add information or value to the message.
 
try telling that to a ceo that you work for...
Im having the same problem after an outlook 2003 upgrade...
