Signature Block

Hello,

I am currently using Office 2003. My mail is set to compose in HTML and I
am not using Stationery. However, when I type my name which should
automatically finish my Signature Block, it is an OLD signature block; not my
new one. I have looked all throughout the Office Suite Packages and can not
see where it would have kept my old setting. It always shows my new
signature. But, when I start to type and then it wants to do the auto fill
(complete the filling out of the block) then it is the old one.

Can anyone help me with this? Did I maybe change a dictionary?

Thank you
Kris

This sounds like you're using AutoText to enter the signature. The AutoText
entry and the signature you set up in Outlook are unrelated. Edit the
AutoText through Word's Insert AutoText dialog.

Or, create multiple signatures the normal way (Tools | Options | Mail
Format) and make one the default. If you want to use a different signature
for the current message, right-click the signature that Outlook inserted
automatically. From the pop-up menu, select either the name of the signature
you want to use or E-mail Signature to create a new one. I personally prefer
this technique. This is also the technique you need to use if you want
Outlook 2003 to automatically change your signature when you switch accounts
on an unsent message.
