Signability test error

Hello,

We have troubles passing Signability Test. When we try to execute it on
the folder with our driver and INF file it generates an error log with
the following text:

ERROR: 131: Signability Test failed to run, TestDrivers function call failed.

What does this error means?

Alexey, know that you can download an updated Signability test from the
Winqual website at https://winqual.microsoft.com/com/mercsetup.exe. Place
only your driver in the location where you point the Signability test. See
if this helps.

Hi Remco,

Placing only the driver in the test location is the usual error. Driver
submission will not work without INF file located nearby.

Our problem was fixed by changing Regional Settings into English(US).
