so...your reformatting huh? load the installation disk

then start the computer. reinstall windows. if that
doesn't work.... while starting the computer start
tapping the F8 key until it boots into safe mode. you can
choose which start up option you want. choose command
prompt and type in .. C:/>format C:/s this will erase
all the files off the hard drive. then shut down and
restart. start reloading all your programs from your
installation disks. next time don't lose your password.
