Can someone tell me if there are any software downloads
to use the microsoft sidewinder 3D pro 1.0 joystick with
windows XP
 
Search the m$ site. If it's usb it may be ok, if it
is a gameport then no it's too old.

thanks Mike it may be too old it is a game port not usb

I did not find any drivers on the microsoft site
 
Goto the Game Controller Control Panel
Then Add, Microsoft Sidewinder (auto-detect)...


Please note that any Profiling software that came with the gameport hardware
won't work as that was not designed for Windows XP. There are currently no
plans for updates.
