I have Windows XP. Ever since I downloaded the last
batch of "Critical Updates" for my system, my joystick no
longer works. If I go to "control panel" and click on
the "Game Controllers" icon, it takes about 8 to 10
minutes for the window to open. Then when it does, it
says that my Sidewinder is "Not Connected". If I try to
click on any of the buttons, I get a "Not Responding"
message. I have tried to even reload the software for
the joystick, but everytime I do, I get a window that
says "Only an administrator can install this product". I
AM the administrator on this computer! I've check it
several times! Any ideas??????
