Dear all,

I am having numerous problems with the Sidewinder 3D Pro
Joystick connecting via the gameport. Most of the times
XP Pro will show it as not connected. Occasionaly it
will show as connected. If I add it as a Thrustmaster
Joystick it will show as connected at all times. If I go
back to Sidewinder auto detect it will show as not
connected. I have no problems with the Sidewinder game
pad. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

OS: XP Pro
MB: A7n8x Deluxe with gameport
Proc: AMD 2500
Memory: Corsair 512 MB

Hi Bryan,

If the autodetect feature doesn't work for your stick, but
you can get it functioning in the games using it as a Thrust-
master then you're ahead of the game. If you prefer add
it as a Custom joystick and assign it it's proper name. :-)
