Sidebar gadgets move on restart?

Sometime whenever I restart Vista the gadgets appear in a different top to
bottom order. No big problem, but I just wondered if anyone else experienced
this and if it was a known issue.

Happens to me sometimes... no major problem.
 
Occasionally, very occasionally, such as after a driver or a program install.
Doesn't bother me as it is very rare here, but it does happen.

Yes it happens occasionally.

It happens all the time with my Vista Ultimate. They start out as far right
as I can place them, and a few days to a week later they're 1-1.5" from the
right.
