Hello:

One user on our Outlook "network" has to hit
the "Send/Receive" button in order to send or receive e-
mails. She's the only one that has to do this.

Is there any way to configure her Outlook install to just
get and send e-mails "normally", without having to
hit "Send/Receive"?

Thanks!!!

John

Sure!

Go to:
Tools>Options>Mail Setup>Send/Receive>Under the "Setting for group All Accounts" put a checkmark in the "Schedule an automatic send/receive every" and then enter # of minutes that you want Outlook to go out and check/send messages.

Click Close
Click Ok
