Shutodown slow response

Sometimes when i shut down my pc, it takes some time to actually start
shutting down, i need to..either wait about 1 or 2 minutes, or keep selecting
"Shut Down" (but this doesn't always works), my pc didn't have this issue
before, why is happening this?

Any help is appreciated :)
