Shutdown

Before i was able to shutdown my P.C.by choosing
shutdown.It used to automatically shutdown my P.C. But now
i have to manually turn the power off switch when the
message "it is safe now to turn off the P.C." comes. can
anyone help me with this.Thank you.

Have you updated your BIOS?

Far as I know, this is an interaction between Bios <-> Windows
