Shutdown Problems... it just reboots...

Somehow i messed up something...

Now when i shutdown the goes thru the shutdown, then
restarts....

How do I fix this, so that it will shut down properly?
 
Seems that your not the only one here thats getting
virtual reboots when the system should be shutting down .
Have you recently install any Roxio CD Creator software by
chance ? .....
